Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify client training requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training programs effectively.
- Develop training materials, presentations, PPTs, and learning content.
- Coordinate with SMEs, trainers, and internal stakeholders for smooth training execution.
- Manage session scheduling, dry runs, and training delivery operations.
- Handle Zoom/LMS coordination and participant communication.
- Monitor live training sessions and ensure smooth execution.
- Collect participant feedback and track attendance and assessments.
- Manage LMS updates, documentation, and training databases.
- Prepare post-training reports, client reports, and follow-up updates.
- Ensure SOP compliance, quality audits, and process reviews.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and process optimization.
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless L&D operations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for training activities.
- Contribute to professional development and overall process improvement initiatives.
