Job Title: HR Assistant – Sales Function
Location: Prabhat Road Pune.
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Preferred Skill: Knowledge of Zoho ecosystem
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations specifically for the Sales team
- Manage and process tour plans and travel approvals for sales employees
- Review and approve travel and expense claims as per company policy
- Maintain accurate records of employee travel, reimbursements, and approvals
- Track and monitor sales team performance metrics and generate reports
- Coordinate with Sales Managers for performance reviews and updates
- Ensure timely data entry and updates in HR systems (Zoho )
- Assist in employee communication and issue resolution
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation
- Experience in handling travel & expense management
- Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
- Familiarity with Zoho (Zoho People, Zoho Expense, or CRM) preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
