About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Junior HR Executive with a strong focus on hiring, people operations & engagement, and office administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating recruitment activities, supporting employee experience, and managing day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities🔹 Hiring & Onboarding (Primary Focus)
  • Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR/job mailbox responses
  • Support offer rollouts, onboarding, and background verification
  • Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding kits, laptops, and asset allocation
  • Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment data
🔹 People Operations & Engagement (Primary Focus)
  • Manage attendance, leaves, employee documentation, and HR queries
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, R&R, Fundridays, events, and team activities
  • Coordinate POSH compliance, insurance, travel bookings, and internal HR communication
🔹 Office Administration
  • Manage pantry, office supplies, vendors, and facility coordination
  • Support admin payments, invoices, and office operations
  • Maintain office assets, inventory, and vendor records
Required Skills & Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong coordination, follow-ups, and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and people-first mindset
