We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Executive to support our hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial HR calls, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on portals and social media platforms
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience during recruitment
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preffered Skills:
- Strong calling and coordination abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with good organizational skills
