Role Description
FeedBox is seeking a Junior Executive Human Resources for an on-site, full-time role at our Indore location. The Junior Executive will assist in managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring the smooth administration of HR management processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational HR standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
- Experience with HR Operations and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
- Proficiency in handling Employee Relations with a focus on fostering a positive work environment
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
