Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Executive in Human Resources, located in Karur. Qualifications
- Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
- Proficiency in HR Operations and the practical implementation of HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in an HR role is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks with efficiency
