Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Junior Executive will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, managing client communications, generating reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services. The role entails maintaining accurate records, adhering to company standards, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong documentation and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English
- Familiarity with basic software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to understand and manage workflow processes effectively
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a team-based environment
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management or healthcare industry will be a significant advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Commerce, or related fields
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
