Role Description The Junior Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Junior Executive will support daily operations by handling documentation, assisting with customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include preparing reports, following up on service requests, supporting billing or administrative processes, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. The role involves regular communication with clients and colleagues, adherence to company policies, and active participation in improving workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.
- Good communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and local languages as needed.
- Basic proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, email tools) and comfort working with digital systems.
- Customer service orientation, with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries and support client needs.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to completing assignments on time.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and follow established procedures and guidelines.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an operations, administration, or customer service role in the services sector is an advantage.
