Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide extensive support to the investment team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate is driven, thrives in high-intensity environments, preferably with experience supporting front office or deal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level EA support to professionals in the investment team, including managing their calendars, scheduling and day-to-day assistance
- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for the team including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation and transfers
- Coordinate meetings for investors, clients and different stakeholders with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Prepare and ensure proper formatting of business documents, presentation slides and client notes
- Assist the investment team in their various projects and demonstrate comprehensive support with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant within front-office/deal teams. Prior experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity would be highly advantageous
- Motivated, organised and able to deliver assigned work promptly in high-intensity environments
- Handles documents with strict confidentiality and utmost professionalism
- Growth-oriented mindset and high level of adaptability and ability to multitask
- Proactive, resourceful and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders effectively
