We’re hiring a Junior Performance Marketing Executive who can execute, learn fast, and take ownership. Within 2-3 months, you’ll be trained and expected to independently manage 5–6 ad accounts under guidance, handling daily execution, optimisation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimise Meta ad campaigns daily
- Assist and execute Google Ads (search-focused initially)
- Perform daily account checks and optimisation routines
- Write ad copies and variations from day one
- Research and suggest creative angles and references
- Build and maintain performance reports
- Identify winning ads and plan iterations
- Learn CRO fundamentals and participate in landing page reviews
- Coordinate with seniors for approvals and feedback
- Gradually manage accounts end-to-end (execution-focused)
What do we expect from you?
- Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Basic working knowledge of Google Ads
- Strong copywriting fundamentals (mandatory)
- Ability to follow processes and execute without hand-holding
- Curiosity to learn performance, CRO, and growth frameworks
- High ownership and accountability
- Comfortable handling multiple accounts simultaneously
