Zeeva Healthcare is looking for a Junior Executive – Medical Records Department (MRD) to join our team and support the efficient management, documentation, and maintenance of patient medical records.
🔹 Position: Junior Executive – MRD
🔹 Experience: 1–2 Years
🔹 Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Medical Records or a relevant field
🔹 Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities & Skills• Maintain and organize medical records accurately
• Ensure timely documentation and data entry
• Handle patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support proper filing, record retrieval, and documentation processes
• Good computer and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
