Role Overview:
We are seeking both Junior Event Managers to oversee the planning and execution of our sports events. The Junior Event Manager will support event operations, and drive strategic growth in our event portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate logistics for sports events (e.g., marathons, football, cricket tournaments, etc.).
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and venue arrangements.
• Coordinate with athletes, teams, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee event budgets, ensuring all activities stay within financial targets.
• Handle marketing, promotion, and attendee engagement for each event.
• Track event performance and provide post-event reports.
