Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kangra for a Junior Engineer (Diploma/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical). As a Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in production processes, machine maintenance, quality control tasks, and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues in manufacturing. Additional responsibilities may include preparing technical documentation, supporting design improvement initiatives, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficiency in operations.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering principles, gained through a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Technical skills in troubleshooting mechanical or electrical systems and familiarity with production and maintenance processes
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, manuals, and blueprints
• Basic understanding of quality control processes and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members effectively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring product quality and adherence to company standards
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of safety protocols in industrial and electrical environments is an advantage
