Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Engineering Trainee. The Junior Engineering Trainee will assist with day-to-day engineering tasks, monitor and maintain equipment, and support product design and development processes. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting operational issues, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Data analysis and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting operational challenges
- Proficiency in using technical and engineering tools and software
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
- A degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines
- Knowledge of sustainable production practices and familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
