Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Engineer (Civil/Structural), based in the Pune Division. The Junior Engineer will assist in designing civil and structural engineering projects, performing structural analysis, preparing technical reports, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. The role involves close collaboration with project teams to support timely and quality delivery of engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Engineering
- Ability to perform Structural Analysis and apply Civil Engineering principles
- Basic knowledge of Project Management and related processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with relevant engineering software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Prior experience in infrastructure projects is a plus
