We are looking for a dedicated Junior Engineer to handle daily production activities, monitor machinery operations, and ensure seamless coordination with the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle production activities and monitor machinery operations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate effectively with the maintenance department.
• Ensure production outputs strictly meet quality and process requirements.
• Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to work comfortably in shifts.
Candidate Requirements:
• Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Key Skills: Basic knowledge of mechanical machinery/processes, reading engineering drawings, and handling measuring instruments.
• Soft Skills: Good communication and strong teamwork abilities.
Compensation & Work Hours:
• Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
