Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Engineer role located in Bhubaneswar. The Junior Engineer will support project execution by overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors and teams. They will also assist in project planning, prepare and review technical designs, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in engineering technical skills, including understanding of engineering drawings, project planning, and site supervision.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor project timelines, budgets, and adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for addressing on-site challenges and providing effective solutions.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry-standard software such as AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with construction materials, techniques, and local regulatory and safety standards is preferred.
- Prior internship experience or involvement in construction projects is a plus.
