Role Description
The Junior Engineer will be responsible for assisting in production processes, monitoring equipment efficiency, conducting maintenance tasks, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additional tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to process improvements, and supporting technical troubleshooting. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in manufacturing processes, equipment handling, and production operations
- Knowledge of quality control standards and process improvement methodologies
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical troubleshooting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Capacity to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing and safety standards is an advantage
