Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Solar O&M Department based in Chennai. The Junior Engineer will support operation and maintenance of solar power plants and assist in ensuring smooth functioning of systems. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting site inspections and surveys
- Supporting maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Preparing technical reports and documentation
- Coordinating with O&M teams to ensure optimal plant performance
Qualifications
- Ability to support field-based work and site inspections
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance in renewable energy
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Local Chennai/Tamil Nadu candidates preferred
