Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer located in Khopoli. The Junior Engineer will support day-to-day operational and technical tasks, assist in monitoring production processes, ensure the timely delivery of projects, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements. The role will involve problem-solving, technical analysis, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills including knowledge in production processes and engineering principles
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges and implement solutions
- Proficiency in technical tools and software relevant to engineering and manufacturing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure safety and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related Engineering fields
- Previous internship or work experience in manufacturing or similar industry is an advantage
