Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Engineer located in Bellary. As a Junior Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure operational efficiency. You will also engage in equipment maintenance, quality assurance checks, and adherence to safety and sustainability protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge in materials science, mechanical engineering, or metallurgy
- Proficiency in using engineering tools and software for data analysis and documentation
- Ability to conduct technical troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and safety standards in manufacturing
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related field)
- Previous internship or relevant experience in steel or manufacturing is a plus
