🚧 We’re Hiring: Civil Site Supervisor 🏗️
Are you passionate about construction and site execution? We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day activities at our building construction projects.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site execution activities
- Monitor RCC works (footing, columns, beams, slabs, shuttering)
- Oversee masonry, plastering, and finishing work
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings & specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, labor, and site engineers
- Maintain quality control and safety standards
- Track and manage material usage
- Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Identify and report site issues or delays
🔹 Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Relevant experience in Civil Construction
- Basic understanding of construction drawings
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works
- Strong coordination and workforce management skills
- Basic communication skills
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
