Role Description
The Junior Engineer position is a full-time, on-site role based in Alwar. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical or industrial systems. Key tasks include collaborating with senior engineers, conducting technical analyses, preparing reports, and contributing to ongoing projects to meet operational and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in mechanical and industrial engineering principles, including design and system optimization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct technical assessments
- Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and technical tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members at the Alwar location
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Prior internship or practical experience in engineering is a plus
