Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer based in Hubli. The Junior Engineer will contribute to product development, quality assurance, and technical documentation. Responsibilities include assisting senior engineers in designing and testing mechanical systems, analyzing performance data, and supporting troubleshooting processes. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards and ensure optimal product functionality.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in mechanical design, CAD software, and system testing
- Analytical skills for performance data analysis and problem-solving
- Documentation skills, including the ability to create clear and detailed technical reports
- Team collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-functional coordination
- Knowledge of defense manufacturing or related systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the role
