About the role
We are hiring energetic engineers who are excited to work directly with factories and manufacturing units across Gujarat.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, plant visits, and interacting with factory teams. You will work on real industrial projects involving factory assessments, process understanding, productivity improvement, digitization, and Industry 4.0 implementation.
You will be part of a fast-growing team working closely with MSMEs and manufacturing units to understand their current operations, identify opportunities for improvement, support assessments, and help factories adopt practical technology solutions.
What you will do
- Understand factory processes, machine usage, downtime issues, and operational challenges
- Conduct structured factory assessments and collect required information
- Support data capture, documentation, and reporting from site visits
- Identify improvement opportunities related to productivity, visibility, monitoring, and digitization
- Coordinate with internal technical and installation teams for project execution
- Represent the company professionally during client and partner interactions
Who can apply
- BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Production, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Candidates with exposure, interest, training, internship, certification, or project experience in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, OEE, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, ZED, Quality Improvement, Manufacturing Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Production Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, and shop-floor problem solving will be preferred.
- Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial projects, lean, operations, maintenance, service, quality, production, or consulting will be preferred
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
- Comfortable with factory visits and field travel
- Good observation, documentation, and people interaction skills
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets / reporting skills preferred
- Candidates interested in manufacturing improvement, lean, Industry 4.0, and real-world implementation are strongly encouraged to apply
