Key Responsibilities

1. Perform hand soldering of SMD components (0402 / 0603 packages)

2. Solder ICs including QFN packages

3. Rework and repair PCB assemblies

4. Assemble and test circuits on zero PCB / perfboard

5. Assist in prototype development and modifications

6. Assemble complete electronic devices (mechanical + electrical integration)

7. Test PCBs and finished products

8. Identify faults and perform debugging

9. Use tools like multimeter, power supply, basic oscilloscope

10. Purchase components from local markets like Lamington Road / Nagdevi

11. Maintain stock of components

12. Track usage and reorder levels

13. Maintain production logs and test records

14. Keep workspace clean and organized

15. Follow safety practices during soldering and testing

 

Required Qualifications

• ITI in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation

• Basic knowledge of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.)

• Familiarity with soldering and basic circuit assembly

• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PCB assembly or repair work

• Basic understanding of circuit diagrams

• Exposure to Arduino / basic electronics kits (optional)

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
