Roles & Responsibilities :
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses & career paths
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Convert leads into admissions through strong follow-ups
- Explain program details, fees, curriculum, and outcomes clearly
- Maintain and update records on CRM
- Provide accurate course guidance based on learner needs
Requirements :
Minimum 0.6 months of experience in:
Academic counselling
Inside sales
Strong communication skills (English)
Basic knowledge of CRM.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Location & Working Days :
Work from office
6 days week (1 day off)
Timings - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
