Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Junior E-Commerce Advertisement Specialist (Amazon). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights to enhance advertisement efficiency. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with customers, addressing inquiries or concerns, strategizing product listings for sales enhancements, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, and foundational knowledge of commerce processes.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and assess campaign performance effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Skills in customer service and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales aptitude and hands-on experience with strategies to drive product visibility and consumer engagement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while working with cross-functional teams.
