About the Role
We are looking for a Junior .NET Developer to join our technology team in Kolkata. This on-site role focuses on developing and maintaining backend systems using modern .NET technologies, with exposure to frontend frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
* Build and integrate RESTful APIs
* Work with SQL Server and support NoSQL databases
* Assist in frontend integration using JavaScript/Svelte
* Debug issues and optimize application performance
* Participate in code reviews and documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills
* Knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
* Understanding of REST APIs and MVC architecture
* Familiarity with SQL Server
* Knowledge of JavaScript (Svelte is a plus)
* Experience with Git/version control
* Strong problem-solving skills
Eligibility
* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* 0–3 years of experience (freshers with strong fundamentals can apply)
Good to Have
* Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
* Basic understanding of CI/CD
* Internship or project experience
