We’re looking for a fresher who actually wants to build a career in digital marketing.

This is not a role where you’ll just post content and sit idle.

You’ll be working on real client accounts, real campaigns, and real growth problems across multiple industries.

📍 Location & Work Setup

• Gachibowli, Hyderabad

• Work from Office – 5 days

• 1 Day Work From Home

• US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

• Full-Time

What You’ll Be Working On

Social Media Execution

• Manage and assist in handling multiple brand accounts

• Help plan and schedule posts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

• Ensure consistency in posting and content flow

• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, DMs)

Content Coordination

• Work with designers and video editors

• Help convert ideas into actual posts, reels, and creatives

• Follow up to ensure content is delivered on time

• Maintain basic content calendars

Performance Marketing Support

• Assist in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

• Learn how campaigns are structured and launched

• Help in tracking performance (basic level)

• Understand metrics like CPL, CTR, ROAS

Multi-Client Exposure

• Work on 30+ active brands across industries

• Understand how different businesses market differently

• Learn how to switch context fast

Basic Reporting & Tracking

• Assist in preparing simple reports

• Track post performance and engagement

• Understand what type of content works
