Role Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who understands both creativity and numbers. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring strong brand communication and lead generation performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (lead generation, awareness, remarketing)
- Handle SEO basics, including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Track website performance using analytics tools
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and new marketing tools
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Good understanding of Google Conversion Tracking code implementation
- Working knowledge of Meta Pixel setup, event tracking, and optimization
- Clear understanding of cookies, tracking mechanisms, and user behavior mapping
- Experience in retargeting and remarketing strategies across platforms
- Ability to set up and monitor custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and event-based campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Structured thinking and execution discipline
