We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who is not just here to “do marketing tasks” but someone who actually wants to understand what drives leads, what converts, and what doesn’t.
If you like working with data, spotting patterns, and figuring out why something worked (or didn’t), you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing- Work on SEO execution (on-page + off-page) including content updates, internal linking, and basic backlink activities
- Assist in website updates and landing page changes on WordPress
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and Excel
- Support campaign execution across email, WhatsApp, and basic paid channels
- Maintain and improve marketing data hygiene (leads, campaigns, tracking)
- Identify patterns in traffic, leads, and campaigns and share insights
- Coordinate with content/design teams for creatives and campaigns
- Help optimize funnels for better conversion, not just traffic
What You’ll Need (Non-Negotiable)- Comfortable with Google Analytics and Excel
- Working knowledge of Canva for basic creatives
- Basic understanding of SEO (on-page + off-page)
- Ability to understand and follow marketing workflows (email/WhatsApp)
- Familiarity with WordPress (you should not panic when you see a dashboard)
- Strong communication skills
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)- Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Exposure to B2B marketing or industrial/technical products
- Basic understanding of CRM tools
