Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Digital Marketing role is based in Thane. The Junior Digital Marketing professional will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, with a focus on promoting Nexfore Consulting’s safety and consulting services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, monitoring campaign performance, and helping optimize digital strategies using web analytics. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, maintaining and updating online profiles, and preparing basic performance reports. The position offers an opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of senior team members while contributing to the company’s digital presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including basic knowledge of campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, with the ability to create, schedule, and track content across key platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including interpreting basic metrics and using insights to support optimization.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and prepare clear reports.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of SEO, content creation, and online branding is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in digital marketing or social media management is an advantage.
