Job Description: Junior Digital Marketing Associate Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Work Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Experience Level: Junior Industry: Information Technology Department: Digital Marketing We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Associate who has hands-on experience with social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing various digital marketing tasks. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging office reels, team reels, and short-form content aligned with current social media trends. Design visually appealing creatives, banners, and posters using Canva or any other designing tools Assist in managing and optimizing SEO, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization. Support SEM campaigns (Google Ads / Meta Ads) through keyword selection, ad creation, and performance tracking. Execute and monitor SMM strategies for brand visibility and engagement. Work with the content team for blogs, website content, emailers, and marketing materials. Track analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of marketing assets. Required Skills Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content formats. Hands-on experience in Canva or any other designing tools. Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO, SEM, and SMM. Ability to create and edit short videos/reels. Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Ads (preferred).
