Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Information Technology Associate to join our on-site team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience. You will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, resolving software issues, and ensuring robust data security. Additionally, your skills in web development will be an asset as you contribute to our digital initiatives.
Web Development Support:
- Work on web development projects, particularly using WooCommerce, PHP,HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Utilize basic Python knowledge for related tasks.
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and efficiency.
- Ensure the security and smooth operation of IT systems.
IT Infrastructure & Support:
- Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshoot software issues.
- Assist with network and server management.
- Support cloud computing initiatives.
