Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team in a part-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Chennai, allowing flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The Junior Designer will assist in developing design solutions, creating visual assets, and collaborating with team members to ensure alignment with the company’s branding and vision. Key responsibilities include working on graphic design projects, building and conceptualizing visuals for marketing campaigns, and ensuring designs are optimized for both print and digital formats.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong skills in Visual Communication and Creativity to create impactful designs and deliver compelling messages.
- Knowledge of Layout Design, Typography, and Color Theory for creating visually engaging materials.
- Basic understanding of Digital Design, UX/UI principles, and web graphics optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in an aviation, technology, or logistics-related field is a plus.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
