Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Junior Design Engineer Trainee. The role involves assisting with designing solar projects, preparing CAD layouts, and generating permit-ready drawing sets. The candidate will also work on creating shading reports, proposal drawings, and supporting tasks related to EV charging station designs. You will collaborate with senior engineers to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications, while maintaining attention to detail and quality in project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software, technical drawing, and 3D modeling for designing solar layouts and electrical drawings
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems, energy calculations, and an understanding of solar technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy
- Attention to detail and ability to create AHJ-compliant permit-ready drawings
- Ability to interpret technical data and collaborate effectively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Previous internship or project experience in solar design or renewable energy is a plus
