Overview: This is a junior design role (0-2 years experience) focused primarily on design execution, visual production, and content support. The candidate will assist the Design Lead in preparing diagrams, layouts, and visual assets for enterprise‑grade materials. The role also includes light instructional design support, mainly creating and updating existing e‑learning modules and preparing structured content under guidance. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, follow direction, and grow within a structured design environment Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and Update existing e learning modules in Articulate 360
  • Prepare simple storyboards or outlines
  • Convert SME notes into structured learning content
  • Create basic quizzes, microlearning snippets, and assessments
  • Maintain consistency across existing training materials Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Create diagrams, flows, and visual assets based on direction
  • Prepare layouts and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud suite, CorelDRAW, Figma, and Canva
  • Support website and social media graphics, banners, and UI asset updates
  • Assist in preparing case studies, datasheets, whitepapers, and document layouts
  • Maintain design templates, icon libraries, and brand consistency
  • Handle production tasks such as resizing, exporting, formatting, and file preparation
  • Support basic video editing tasks in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Organize files, maintain version control, and follow naming conventions Requirements Required Skills
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of Articulate 360
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Figma
  • Canva
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (basic to intermediate)
  • Experience with video or motion graphics (After Effects).
  • Good written English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow direction and work within brand guidelines Nice-to-have Skills
  • Basic Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience creating diagrams or technical visuals for e‑learning modules
  • Exposure to B2B or technical content Preferred Candidate Profile
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Coachable, organized, and comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow under a design lead
  • Ability to work in a structured, enterprise environment
