The Opportunity
We are seeking a disciplined and analytical individual to join our data team. This 60-day "Internship-to-Conversion" program offers a clear path to a full-time role based on performance. Candidates who demonstrate proficiency and align with our culture will transition to a permanent Junior Data Research Analyst position.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data research.
- Deep Research Knowledge (primary & secondary) is a plus.
- Identify and use keywords effectively to achieve improved results.
- Utilising various databases and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Crunchbase is a plus
- Leverage LinkedIn to efficiently extract relevant data.
- Ability to differentiate product-based vs service-based companies.
- Work hours are in Indian Standard Time.
- Strong computer skills with a focus on efficiency and speed.

Responsibilities as a Junior Data Research Analyst
- Build a database for various B2B digital services (product engineering, cloud engineering & quality engineering) through secondary research.
- Assist the inside sales team with fresh account and contact details for C-level decision-makers to generate leads in the international market.
- Meet data-mining target numbers and maintain lead quality so they end up in closures.
- Consistently identify and provide a list of prospective companies.
