Job Description
Experience: 2–3 years in D365 Finance & Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining forms and reports.
- Support integration efforts and application troubleshooting.
- Participate in code lifecycle management and application tuning.
- Work in a complex, customized D365 environment with limited vendor documentation — must be a quick learner and self-driven.
Technical Skills Required:
- Broader-than-average D365 knowledge — candidates with only forms/reports specialization will not be considered.
- Basic understanding of Azure services (Dataverse, authentication, integrations) is a plus.
- Willingness to explore and adapt to custom business logic specific to gold jewellery retail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Jewellery retail ERP exposure is advantageous.
- Malayalam language skills are desirable.
