Job Title: Jr. Cyber Security Analyst and Instructor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Analyst and Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both providing hands-on cybersecurity training and supporting our clients with security assessments, including ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. This role requires a deep understanding of various cybersecurity domains and the ability to convey complex concepts to students and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cyber Security Analyst:
Conduct Penetration Testing: Perform comprehensive penetration tests on various networks, applications, and systems to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT): Execute VAPT on client systems and networks, providing detailed reports and recommendations for remediation.
SOC Operations: Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents as part of a Security Operations Center (SOC) team.
Network Security: Analyze and secure network architectures, implementing and maintaining firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other network security measures.
Python Scripting: Develop and utilize Python scripts to automate security processes, enhance testing efficiency, and analyze security data.
Security Consulting: Provide expert advice to clients on best practices in cybersecurity, including risk management, threat mitigation, and compliance with industry standards.
As an Instructor:
Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both online and in-person, to students ranging from beginners to advanced professionals.
Student Mentorship: Guide and mentor students, helping them to build their skills and knowledge, and providing career advice.
Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and effectiveness of the training programs.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ethical hacking and penetration testing methodologies.
Strong knowledge of VAPT tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Nessus, etc.
Expertise in networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, etc.).
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and security tasks.
Experience with bug bounty platforms and vulnerability reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Certifications: CISSP, CEH, CHFI, CompTIA or similar certifications.
Experience in Cybersecurity Training: Previous experience as a trainer or instructor in cybersecurity-related courses.
Hands-On Experience with Cybersecurity Tools: Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, Kali Linux, Splunk, ELK Stack, and others.
Education: B.tech preferred
