Job Title: Junior Customer Support Executive
Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, ensure smooth communication, and provide timely resolutions across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
Provide accurate information regarding orders, deliveries, products, and policies
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, etc.) for issue resolution
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates
Ensure quick turnaround time and positive customer experience
Escalate critical issues when required
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in customer support / customer service
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
Ability to handle multiple queries and pressure situations
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Junior candidates preferred
