We’re looking for a client-focused Junior Customer Success Manager to join the ReSO team. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and ensuring clients have a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.
You’ll work closely with brands using ReSO to improve their visibility across AI search platforms and modern search environments. Strong English communication skills, responsiveness, and relationship management abilities are critical for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage onboarding and ensure clients understand ReSO’s workflows, deliverables, and platform capabilities
- Coordinate with internal content, SEO, and strategy teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
- Conduct regular client check-ins, share updates, and address concerns proactively
- Handle support queries and escalate technical or operational issues when required
- Track account activities, follow-ups, and deliverables to maintain a smooth client experience
- Maintain clear documentation of meetings, feedback, and ongoing communication
- Gather client insights and feedback to help improve customer experience and internal processes
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client retention and long-term account growth
Qualification Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Servicing, or related client-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with remote teams and fast-moving workflows
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, CRMs, Slack, Notion, or project management tools
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, AI search, or SaaS workflows is a plus
