Junior CRO & Web Optimization Specialist

What You’ll Actually Do
- CRO for D2C websites & landing pages built on Shopify, Web flow, and other CMS platforms
- Turn campaign ideas into high-converting web pages
- Work with performance marketers to ensure paid traffic lands on pages that convert.
- Identify friction points and propose clear improvements
- Analyse & create reports about User heatmaps, scroll maps, click recordings, and user behaviour.
- Track & create report on Conversion metrics like CVR, ATC, AOV, etc.
- Set up tracking: Pixels, Events, UTMs, GA4 and basic analytics hygiene.
- Run A/B tests and learn how to think in hypotheses, not guesses
You won’t just “design pages.” You’ll learn how to engineer conversion.
What We’re Looking For: Interns & Junior Full time
Interns:
- 0-6 months experience in Shopify & Conversion Rate Optimization
- Basic knowledge of UI UX design: Identifying Good vs Bad visuals & suggesting quick improvements.
- Curiosity about user psychology and buying behaviour
- Tool you should be familiar with - Figma & Shopify
Setup - Full remote opportunity
Paid Internship - 3 Months with an option to convert into Full time
Note - High performers convert to full-time quickly
Junior Full time:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Shopify, CRO, Analytics, Tracking & A/B Testing
- CRO for D2C websites & Landing Pages
- Run A/B tests, Analyse conversions & create reports about insights.
- Understanding of Google Tag Manager, GA4, & tracking setups.
- Basic Understanding of UI UX design.
- Curiosity about user psychology and buying behaviour
- Tool you should be familiar with - Figma, Shopify, GA4, MS clarity, Hotjar or other similar platforms
Setup - Full remote opportunity
Full time - ₹3 – ₹4.5 LPA
Probation - 2 Months
This Role Is Not for You If
- You think CRO = improving load speed only
- You don’t enjoy testing the same thing multiple times
- You prefer fixed instructions over figuring things out
- You don’t care why users drop off
