About the RoleAre you a creative individual looking to kickstart your career across multiple digital disciplines? Bilwg Services is looking for a motivated Junior Creative Associate to handle our visual and social presence.
This is a unique role designed for a "Creative All-Rounder." If you have a basic understanding of design, social media trends, and video editing, we will provide the environment for you to turn those basics into professional expertise.
Our 6-Month Growth RoadmapWe believe in investing in fresh talent. This role follows a structured path:
- Months 1–6 (Probation & Training): Focus on learning our brand voice, refining your design speed, and handling day-to-day creative tasks. Starting Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Month 6 Review: A formal performance evaluation. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a permanent role with a guaranteed salary hike based on your progress and contribution.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media: Create and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Graphic Design: Design banners, social media posts, and basic marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Suite.
- UI/UX Support: Assist in designing simple, user-friendly layouts for our web/app interfaces.
- Video Editing: Perform basic editing for reels, shorts, and promotional clips (adding captions, cuts, and transitions).
What We Are Looking For- Foundational Skills: You should have basic knowledge of design principles and social media platforms.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, and basic video editors (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Eagerness to Learn: You are proactive about staying updated with design trends and social media algorithms.
- Portfolio: A link to your college projects, personal work, or any previous internship samples is a must.
