Role Description
We are seeking a Junior Counselor for a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad office. The Junior Counselor will guide and support students aspiring to study abroad by offering personalized counseling, assisting with applications, and preparing relevant documentation. The role includes conducting consultations, addressing student queries, coordinating with universities, and organizing workshops or seminars. You will engage in relationship-building with prospective students and parents, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their educational journey.
Qualifications
- Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide accurate guidance on university applications and program selection
- Attention to detail for managing documentation and application processes
- Experience in organizing events, such as seminars or workshops, is a plus
- Proficiency in using computers and related software for documentation and presentation purposes
- Eagerness to work in a team, take initiative, and support students effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fields such as Education, Counseling, or Psychology are preferred but not required
- Experience in the education consultancy sector or familiarization with study abroad procedures is advantageous
