Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Counselor located in New Delhi. The Junior Counselor will provide guidance and counseling to students regarding education opportunities, assist in the admissions process, and maintain accurate student records. The role involves coordinating with international educational institutions and supporting students in selecting suitable courses, colleges, and academic pathways. Administrative duties, such as documentation and follow-up with students, are also part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
- Knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and academic programs
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage documentation processes
- Problem-solving and advising skills to support students in making informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is required; a degree in education, counseling, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in education counseling or similar roles is a plus
