We are hiring Junior Counselor (Freshers)
About The Role
As a Junior Counselor, you will guide students in selecting the right Online Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programmes based on their career aspirations, educational background, and interests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Counselling prospective students regarding online degree programmes.
- Explaining course features, eligibility, fee structure, and admission process.
- Understanding students' career goals and recommending suitable programmes.
- Following up with interested candidates and assisting them throughout the admission journey.
- Providing excellent student support and ensuring a seamless counselling experience.
Eligibility
✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ Good English communication skills
✔ Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
