Role Description
The Junior Copywriter internship is an on-site role based in Mumbai. In this role, the intern will support the content team by drafting marketing copy for campaigns, social media posts, and basic brand communications. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics and target audiences, writing and revising short-form content, and assisting with press releases under guidance from senior team members. The intern will also participate in brainstorming sessions, collaborate with designers and marketers, and review content for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment. This internship offers hands-on experience in creative copywriting and exposure to data-informed marketing practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Proofreading skills to create clear, engaging, and error-free content.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and present ideas confidently.
- Candidates should possess basic Press Releases and Marketing skills to support brand messaging and promotional activities.
- Familiarity with digital and social media platforms and an interest in content marketing are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to take feedback constructively are essential.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.
