Your Responsibilities
- Write persuasive and engaging copy for paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing strategists to conceptualize and execute high-converting campaigns.
- Adapt tone and messaging across different brands and target audiences.
- Research clients’ products, audiences, and competitors to ensure accurate and impactful messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats.
- Take and implement feedback quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- 0–2 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in digital marketing or an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles (or willingness to learn fast).
- Excellent command of English and impeccable grammar.
- Portfolio showcasing ad copy, headlines, and/or marketing content.
- Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Klaviyo is a plus.
- Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Coachable, collaborative, and driven by results.

- Job Location: Kolkata
- Job Timings: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Salary: Best as per market standards
